About Me & Who I Work With
Hi, I’m Leanne Shafner, Founder & CEO of Project We Society (PWS), and a Holistic Health & Personal Development Coach for women. I am certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) as well as a Community Herbalist and Advanced-Level Aromatherapist trained by The Boston School of Herbal Studies.
Who do I work with?
I’m passionate about helping growth-oriented women live a natural, less toxic life by enhancing their physical, mental, and social well-being. Through self-care, whole foods, fewer chemicals, and empowering relationships and more, I support women in overcoming life’s challenges. As part of this holistic approach, I integrate herbal wellness and Aromatherapy into my coaching, offering additional tools to enhance your personal growth journey. I’m also a strong advocate for mental health and self-love.
My practice is located in Andover, MA, in a welcoming wellness clinic offering services such as naturopathic medicine, massage, and infrared sauna. Together, we’ll explore various tools—nutrition, lifestyle, and holistic practices—to optimize your wellness and help you become your most authentic self.


Holistic Health & Personal Development
As a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), I’m not a physician, nutritionist, or dietitian, but I’m trained in a variety of dietary approaches, including vegan and plant-based lifestyles, and I can certainly help with diet and nutrition. However, my true passion lies in supporting your personal development. I believe that true well-being involves nurturing your body, mind, and spirit.
While I can guide you in making healthy dietary choices, we will look at a multitude of areas in your life that contribute your overall personal growth. I help you create a balanced, healthy lifestyle that not only nourishes your body but also promotes mental and emotional wellness.
I work collaboratively with your healthcare providers to ensure that your coaching experience supports your overall wellness journey. Unlike nutritionists or dietitians, who may provide specific diets for medical issues, my role as your health coach is to empower you to make personalized lifestyle changes that align with your unique health and life goals. Together, we’ll work on improving all aspects of your life—mind, body, and spirit—to create lasting transformation!
Looking For More Details?
Our bi-weekly, 50-minute private sessions are focused on achieving results by looking “behind the scenes” of your life to identify the root causes of what’s holding you back from excelling. Our approach is holistic, addressing the whole person. For example, if you’re struggling to lose weight despite eating well and feeling hungry, we may uncover that your hormone levels are out of balance or that you’re not getting enough healthy fats and fiber.
